3 Convenient Ways to Customize Your PIN

Over the Phone

For security purposes, you'll need to know your current PIN for this procedure.

  1. Call 1.877.267.6914 or 859.488.4134 for international calls
  2. Enter your 16 digit card number, then press #
  3. Enter your current PIN, then press #
  4. To change your PIN press 1
  5. Enter your new 4-digit PIN, then press #
  6. Re-enter the new PIN to confirm, then press #
  7. You PIN has been changed. This change is immediate.
  8. To end the call press 9

In Person

Visit any of our branches with your card and we will customize your PIN right away.

At any Deer Valley ATM

For security purposes, you'll need to know your current PIN for this procedure.

  1. Insert your Check card
  2. Select either English or Español
  3. Enter current PIN
  4. Choose Next Selection option
  5. Choose Change PIN/Password option
  6. Enter your newly selected 4-digit PIN, press OK
  7. Re-enter your newly selected 4-digit PIN, press OK

You will receive a confirmation receipt
